I need to cancel my session but can't do it online.

If you need to cancel your booking, you can send the pool an email at admin@swimemlyn.org.uk, or send us a message via the booking website.
Do children need a booked space?

No, anyone aged under 16 does not need a booked space to swim in our sessions. Please only book spaces for adults. You can add how many children are attending in the message box during booking.
What sessions can I attend as an Actif member?

An Actif membership enables you to swim in our general swims, lane swimming and adult only sessions. If you wish to attend any other session, such as lessons or a Fun Swim, you will have to pay for this.
How do I book as an Actif member?

Please book your swim online. When adding your details, please ensure you add your Actif membership number to your name. For example: John Smith 109000. If we cannot see this and you cannot prove that you are an Actif member, you will be charged for your swim.
